Why It Matters

AI has moved from a specialist skill to something almost every technical and business role now touches. Many people can talk about foundation models or RAG in the abstract, but far fewer can look at a real problem and say which approach fits, what it will cost, and where it will fail. That judgment is exactly what this certification validates.

The exam rewards reasoning over memorization. It asks you to choose between a managed AI service and a custom model, to tell RAG apart from fine-tuning, and to spot when a system needs a guardrail.
